In 2011 the first Evening for the Expo was introduced to the citizens of Abilene as a way to experience something truly unique while raising funds to help the general operating expenses for the non-profit organization, the Taylor County Expo Center.
The night begins with a reception followed by performances with three top county music songwriters whose songs have made it to the #1 spotlight.
We would like to invite you to help the Expo while enjoying some of the best songwriters in America as they tell their story.

I just wanted to say thank you for your hospitality during my visit to the EXPO CENTER. It was so nice to meet so many nice folks. Hopefully there will be cause for me to make a return visit at some point. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire event. Thank you for letting me be part of it.
