GENERAL RULES FOR SPECTATORS AND EXHIBITORS:

1. CITY OF ABILENE ORDINANCE: NO SMOKING ON THE GROUNDS OR IN THE BUILDINGS DURING THE WEST TEXAS FAIR & RODEO.

2. THERE WILL BE NO DOGS ALLOWED IN ANY BUILDINGS OR BARN EXCEPT FOR DOGS ACCOMPANYING VISUALLY OR PHYSICALLY IMPAIRED INDIVIDUALS. ALL DOGS ON THE FAIR GROUNDS MUST BE ON A LEASH.

3. It is the policy and desire of the Expo Center of Taylor County and the West Texas Fair & Rodeo that all patrons be able to enjoy the facilities, programs, demonstrations, displays, performances and all aspects of the event. Therefore, should any person or group of persons become disruptive, unruly, disorderly or otherwise interfere with any aspect of the event or any performance, then the Expo Center and its staff reserve the right to have the person or persons removed from the performance, event, or premises at our sole discretion..
