Livestock General Rules & Paper Entry Forms

During the West Texas Fair & Rodeo we host livestock shows for the following: Goats, Heifers, Lambs, Llamas, Poultry, Rabbits, Open Beef and Steers. Exhibitors from across Texas come to Abilene to display their animals in hopes of winning Grand Champion. We invite you to join us at the livestock show as an exhibitor or a spectator!

Exhibitor Information

If you wish to participate in our livestock show, you will need to first review the below PDFs: General Livestock Rules, Junior Livestock Show Rules and Animal Health Regulations and then the division rules for that particular show located under the calendar portion of the fair information.

Stalling requests are due August 15. Remember this is for who you would liked to be stalled with, not the location. Stalling is assigned by chapter and will not be split. Youth divisions that require Ag Teacher or Ag Agent to enter must have stalling requests on school or club letterhead to be accepted. You may mail them to the address below, fax to
Melissa Gonzalez at 325.677.0709 or by email.

As noted in the General Livestock Rules, the below PDF entry forms are the only entries that will be accepted with a paper entry. Llama Division may enter online or by paper. TLBAA entries must be made online. All other entries MUST BE MADE ONLINE.

Poultry, Rabbit and Llama entries should be mailed and postmarked by the entry deadline date.
